Templates for Adoption
Unique Entity ID (UEI)
Organizations are required to have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI or UEI SAM). A UEI reflects the organization's legal name and current physical address.
CCI has confirmed with the National Endowment for the Arts that grantees are required to have a UEI number, but are not required to complete the full SAM registration.
You should never pay a fee--these services are free.

Logos
Please remember to use the current logos to acknowledge Colorado Creative Industries funding in all promotional materials related to your award. Ensure you are using an up-to-date CCI logo or language as required by Federal guidance.
