Sonia Gutierrez is the Vice President and co-founder of Sierra Concrete Company, a concrete and civil contractor specializing in structural and reinforced concrete for utility, energy, and infrastructure projects. As part of the founding team, she plays a key role in the company’s operations, overseeing administrative coordination, contract negotiations, client relationships, and business development efforts that support Sierra Concrete’s continued growth.
Since co-founding the company with her brothers in 2019, Sonia has helped guide Sierra Concrete from a small family crew into a growing contractor supporting utility owners, general contractors, and municipalities throughout Colorado and the western United States. She is known for her strong communication, attention to detail, and commitment to building trusted partnerships with clients and project teams.
In addition to her work with Sierra Concrete, Sonia is a licensed real estate broker and referral partner with The Christi Reece Group. Deeply rooted in Western Colorado, she is passionate about supporting entrepreneurship and community development and currently serves on the boards of the Grand Junction Business Incubator Center and Chesterton Academy of St. Carlo Acutis.
